Designed around the lush Kerala landscape, Ellath House harmoniously integrates stacked contemporary volumes with tropical architectural elements. The elevation highlights clean geometry, an expansive glass pergola balcony, and rich wooden window framing that maximizes natural illumination while maintaining interior privacy.
BUILTIN handled the architectural design, structural engineering, and site execution from ground up — including the spacious car porch, custom outdoor lighting scheme, and paved driveway landscape. The residence is tailored for family living, prioritizing cross-ventilation, weather resistance, and enduring material choices.
